UX / Usability Testing for a Bilingual (Arabic/English) Web + iPhone App

I'm looking for a UX / usability expert to test my product (web app + iPhone app) as a real first-time user, find anything confusing or frustrating, and deliver a structured report I can act on directly to fix the issues. ABOUT THE PRODUCT A website uptime monitoring platform (SaaS). It works in both Arabic and English (RTL), with a web app and an iPhone app. Website: https://unitrace.sa LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT (IMPORTANT) The interface is bilingual and Arabic-first. You must be fluent in Arabic to evaluate the Arabic UI and right-to-left (RTL) layout. Much of the value is in catching Arabic / RTL issues, not only the English flows. WHAT YOU WILL DO Use the product freely as a new customer, without me guiding you. Note anything that confuses, slows, or frustrates you. Cover: - Web: desktop + mobile browser (iPhone + Android). - App: a real iPhone via TestFlight (I will send a TestFlight invite + a demo account after we agree). - In both Arabic and English. Please do not complete any real payment or purchase. REPORT FORMAT (please follow exactly) Deliver it as a spreadsheet (Google Sheet or Excel), one row per issue, each row containing: 1. Platform: Website / iOS app 2. Page (URL) or app screen name 3. Exact location or element (which button, field, or section) 4. Device + language (example: iPhone 13 / Arabic RTL) 5. Steps to reproduce (1, 2, 3) 6. The problem: what actually happened (concrete, not a general impression) 7. Expected: what should have happened (optional) 8. Severity: Critical / Major / Minor 9. Screenshot, or the timestamp in the video REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS - A screen-recording video with your voice (think-aloud) as you browse, for both web and app. - A Top 5 issues list, ranked by impact. WHAT I DO NOT NEED No code, no redesign, no generic advice. Just: where the issue is, what it is, how to reproduce it, and how severe it is. The fixing is on me.
