Use QGis to update a database

Summary

I have a PostgreSQL with data. I have received updated data in an gpkg file. I guess QGIS would be the best tool to update the PostgreSQL database. This will be done by me one time a year. This updating has been done with FME before and I have all the workspace files for it.
