Use my (written) content to create videos out of it for social media posts

Summary

I am looking to create online presence for a community on health optimization. I will write most of the content, it is very specific covering peptides and supplements etc. I write posts for LinkedIn every week, I need you to turn those posts into posts on other platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc). Videos need to be right format for each platform and not identical as platforms deprioritize identical content posted. I will also record some videos speaking myself and ask you to edit those to make them appropriate length for each platform. I expect you to use AI to create videos, integrate some of me speaking, some visual presentation of what is being said. _________ Example of a post that I would like to convert (and image geerated in ChatGPT that came with it): I combined Selank and BPC-157 recently. Within 3-4 days I had irritability and sleep issues. Both are usually considered relatively safe peptides. So what gives? I asked the community of Russian clinicians (where these peptides have been in clinical practice for over a decade) to find out. What I learned: BPC-157 is marketed in the West as a "regenerative" peptide for tissue repair, often used for gut health. But few know that it also has profound effects on receptors in the brain. More specifically, it interacts with serotonin receptors (5-HT1A/5-HT2), dopamine receptors, GABA balance, and the nitric oxide system. For roughly one-third of their patients, BPC-157 produces emotional effects: irritability, inner "overactivation," sleep disturbances. The other two-thirds don't notice. When combined with Selank, which is anxiolytic and stabilizing, the two pull in opposite directions. Selank tries to calm. BPC-157 activates. The body gets mixed signals. Other clinical insights Russian doctors flagged: - Selank + Semax is common for cognitive use, but can worsen anxiety in already-anxious individuals (Semax is stimulating) - Injectable BPC-157 has much stronger neurotransmitter effects than the oral capsule - Capsule BPC-157 is preferred for gut-only applications (IBS, inflammatory bowel issues) - In cautious protocols, bioregulator peptides should precede BPC-157 There's a wide gap between how peptides are marketed in the West and how they're used in Russian clinical practice. Closing that gap, one conversation at a time, is part of what I'm working on. If you're combining peptides, introduce one at a time. Watch for symptoms. And don't assume "regenerative" means "without neurotransmitter effects."
