# User Experience Tester (Insurance SaaS) – Record Your Screen While Using Our Product ## About InsureRecord InsureRecord is an AI tool built for insurance agents that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes client calls. We're looking for people to use the product from start to finish and provide honest feedback on what works, what's confusing, and what should be improved. No technical QA experience is required. ## What You'll Do * Create an account. * Explore the product naturally. * Complete several guided tasks. * Record your screen and voice while using the product. * Explain what you're thinking as you navigate. * Report anything confusing, frustrating, or especially useful. ## Ideal Applicant * Speaks clear English. * Comfortable sharing honest feedback. * Has experience testing websites, apps, or SaaS products (preferred but not required). * Reliable internet and microphone. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. ## Pay * Paid through Upwork. * **Maximum pay is $5/hour.** ## To Apply Please submit: 1. A brief introduction. 2.
