Using ai, make summary of invoices (in german) by craft (2899 pages of invoices)

Hi, I’m looking for someone with strong AI/LLM experience to help analyze and summarize approximately 1,200 pages of renovation-related invoices. Scope of work: - Review a machine-readable PDF containing around 2,899 pages of invoices. - Categorize and summarize the invoices by trade/craft and type of work performed (e.g., electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, etc.). - Exclude invoices related to a different property (I will provide the identification criteria and details). - Deliver a structured summary of costs by category/trade. All invoices are machine-readable, so this is primarily a document analysis and data extraction task using AI tools. Estimated effort: up to 1 hour for an experienced AI/LLM specialist.
