Summary

Elliott Group Consulting is seeking experienced Utility Billing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for upcoming project-based municipal and public-sector engagements. Consultants may support utility billing system implementations, upgrades, business process improvements, system integrations, requirements gathering, testing, data migration and validation, training, go-live support, and operational optimization. Ideal candidates will have strong municipal utility experience and hands-on expertise with platforms such as Tyler Technologies UBCIS, Infor, Advanced Utility Systems (AUS), SmartWorks, Cayenta, or comparable utility billing solutions. Experience supporting water, wastewater, electric, gas, stormwater, solid waste/refuse, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), meter-reading, payment, or GIS integrations is highly desirable. This is a remote, project-based contract opportunity with occasional travel of less than 10%. Please review the attached job description for full responsibilities and qualifications.
