THE OPPORTUNITY We're a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand in the MENOPAUSE space — one of the biggest and fastest-growing markets in the world right now. Women 45-55 have massive spending power and are massively underserved when it comes to good content. This is a real product, a real brand, with real recurring scope. We're looking for a long-term AI content partner — not a one-off editor. HIGH VOLUME, consistent work for the right person. This is recurring monthly content, and as we scale, so does the work (and your pay). WHAT MAKES THIS ATTRACTIVE: - High, steady volume — we need creatives consistently, every week - Long-term recurring relationship, not a single gig - $20-100 USD per video (negotiable based on complexity and volume) - Real brand, real product, clean briefs - Creative ownership — you're a partner, not just a pair of hands ═══════════════════════════════════════ THE ROLE You'll own the full creative process end-to-end: - Market research — understand our audience and what resonates emotionally - Scriptwriting — we'll also provide scripts from our team, but you should be able to research, ideate, and write your own content independently (our content creator will produce new content without depending on us feeding every script) - AI content generation — avatars, b-rolls, scenes - Final cinematic editing — polished, competitive, high-level ad creatives - Maintain a consistent AI brand character across videos ═══════════════════════════════════════ FORMAT & SPECS - Vertical 9:16 for Meta / TikTok ads - Duration varies by concept: anywhere from 15 seconds up to 120 seconds (our niche is emotional and many videos need 60-90 sec to connect — but we test different lengths and angles) - Goal: conversions ═══════════════════════════════════════ COMMUNICATION - We communicate in English - Scripts and voiceover are in Spanish (we provide the Spanish scripts — you don't need to speak Spanish, just work with the material and references we give you) ═══════════════════════════════════════ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Someone who takes real ownership of the creative process - Experience with AI video tools (avatar generation, editing) - E-commerce / ad creative experience is a big plus - Reliability and punctuality — this is recurring work and we need to count on delivery times - Someone who wants to grow with a brand long-term ═══════════════════════════════════════ COMPENSATION - $20-100 USD per video, negotiable based on complexity and volume - HIGH VOLUME — consistent, recurring work - Pay grows as we scale together ═══════════════════════════════════════ TO APPLY Send your portfolio (e-commerce / ad creative work preferred) and tell us briefly how you'd approach building an emotional, high-converting AI video from a script.
