VSL + Meta Ad Video Editor — Long-Form, Short-Form Cutdowns, and Standalone Ads

We're a growing marketing agency hiring a skilled VSL editor for long-term work. You'll edit long-form Video Sales Letters, short-form VSL cutdowns, and meta video ads for our clients. What you'll do: - Edit long-form VSLs (3-5 minutes) talking-head footage into polished, high-retention sales videos - Create short-form ad cutdowns (30-60 sec) from VSL footage. Pull the strongest hooks, moments, and CTAs - Edit short-form Meta video ads from other source footage from the client - Add B-roll, stock footage, icons, text overlays, and motion elements to hold attention across all formats - Clean audio (noise reduction, filler word removal, smooth pacing) - Add accurate captions - Deliver in multiple formats: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 Must-haves: - Proven experience editing VSLs and short-form VSL video ads (portfolio required) - Strong grasp of retention pacing, hook structure, and CTA build-up - Skilled with Descript, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects - Experience with motion graphics, icons, stock B-roll, and text animations - Excellent English (for captions and understanding briefs) - Fast, reliable communication (under 6-hour response time) - Reliable Wi-Fi for large video file uploads To apply, please include: - Link to a long-form VSL you edited (3+ minutes).
