Valet Support Specialist ABOUT RINSE Rinse (www.rinse.com) is building the first and largest national brand in clothing care. We're taking on a massive consumer problem and creating a significantly better dry cleaning and laundry experience through the combination of smart scheduling, best-in-class quality, and a strong technology backbone. This role is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a successful growth-stage start-up. We launched in 2013 and are currently in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Seattle, and Austin. We recently went international, expanding into Toronto, Canada, and have plans for further growth. We have created a service our customers love and a business model that actually works. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL… + Provide clear, timely support to help delivery drivers (Valets) navigate their shifts and resolve questions via email and SMS + Respond to and action internal inquiries and task requests + Promptly and accurately complete a variety of order entry tasks, including audits and mass message communications + Coordinate cross-functionally to address day-of scheduling needs AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU… + Have experience in administrative, data entry, and/or customer service + Are highly organized, have attention to detail, and know how to follow up, follow through, and keep communication clear + Have a solutions-oriented, positive attitude + Are comfortable communicating across various levels, from field staff to internal leadership + Are resourceful - you don’t need to know everything, but you know how to find answers + Embrace change and ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where high expectations drive high performance REQUIREMENTS: + Available part-time (~30 hours per week) ++ Ideal candidate is open to expanding to full-time in the future + Need to be able to work Thursday - Tuesday, 1pm - 7pm PST + Must have reliable internet access + Adept at remote work and can function independently with minimal oversight PREFERRED SKILLS: + Experience with Slack + Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Chrome) and learns new systems quickly + Proficient with Apple/MacBook operating system, or able to learn quickly + You respond positively to coaching and feedback from supervisors and peers + Experience with AI tooling to leverage communication (ChatGPT, Gemini) What you’ll love about Rinse… + You’ll join a smart, supportive team that values collaboration and open communication + Part of a team that genuinely supports one another + The work you do will make a difference and help improve the experience of our Valets every day
