Meta Ads Tracking & Attribution Specialist (Contract, Remote) Our Meta Ads Manager reports ~350 purchases in the last 30 days, but GA4, landing page sales data, and customer surveys all suggest the real number is 20-50. We need someone to find out why and fix it. What you'll do - Audit our full tracking setup: Meta Pixel + Conversions API (via GTM web and server-side containers), GA4, and Stripe hosted checkout (redirect flow), Ads - whatever you need - Diagnose the root cause of the discrepancy - Fix whatever you find and validate the fix with real data - Leave us with a clear, documented source of truth for measuring paid social ROI Expected outcome By the end of this project, Meta's reported conversions should align with our actual sales data - or where a gap remains, we get a clear, evidence-backed explanation of exactly what accounts for it. What we won't accept is the current situation: Meta claiming 350 sales while every other data point says 20-40 - the discrepancy is far too large and we could be wasting thousands on ad spend which is not actually getting us sales. In short, we need to be able to trust the numbers. If we need to improve or change our tracking, add more server side events, or whatever the case may be to get the numbers to line up, we can do it, but we do want an expert to fix this so at least one of our backend data points aligns with Meta (or close to it within reason obviously). Budget We want a professional to fix this once and for all, put down the price you require to get the job done, and if we're happy, we will proceed.
