Vector Logo Designer needed

I need a designer to finalize a premium app icon / brand symbol for a mobile app called Clarity. The concept and direction are already defined. I do NOT need new logo exploration. I need a clean, professional vector reconstruction and export package. Brand: Clarity is a premium DACH self-leadership app. It helps ambitious people speak out mental chaos and turn it into structure, focus and next steps. Core claim: “Chaos raus. Ordnung rein.” Final icon direction: Use the attached reference as the visual direction: - warm off-white rounded square background - abstract open circular ring - ring represents mental space and open loops becoming ordered - inside the ring: 3 vertical rounded bars - bars represent spoken thoughts / voice-first clarity - premium gradient ring: mainly blue and violet, subtle sage green and warm coral/amber accent - calm, warm, premium, trustworthy, Apple-like, not childish, not futuristic, not medical Important: Please do not redesign the concept from scratch.
