Vector logo & gift-card asset production - recurring batch work (SVG / Figma)

Please note: this is high-volume, batch sequence work: repetitive production, low effort per image, not bespoke creative design. We're after consistency and reliability across many brands, not one-off artistic work. We're Finperks, a Berlin-based B2B rewards company. We run a platform that lets banks, fintechs and HR platforms offer gift cards and vouchers to their users. For every brand on the platform we need a small, standardised set of visual assets (logos and gift-card images) that render cleanly across apps and websites. We're looking for a reliable freelance editor to produce these assets in batches, working from a detailed spec we provide. The work Work is issued in batches of 20–50 brands. We send a spreadsheet listing the brands, country, website, a reference image where available, and which assets are needed. For each brand you deliver a standard set: a vector logo (SVG + PNG) and a gift-card image (SVG + PNG), to exact sizes and rules. A minority of brands need a few additional assets (icon, transparent logo, etc.), specified per batch. This is procedural, repeatable production work, not bespoke creative design. The effort per brand is limited. Most logos can be sourced as vectors from the brand's site/press kit or rebuilt quickly in Figma; only a few brands need real reproduction work. Delivery Specs True vector SVGs (no rasters dropped inside an SVG container), correct dimensions, clean exports. Card designs reproduced faithfully from the current brand design — fonts, colours, layout. Editable source files (SVG or Figma) delivered alongside exports, plus a completed status spreadsheet. Rate & terms $3 per completed and approved brand; $5 for brands where additional images where required. Paid per batch via Upwork. This is production work, so revisions are exception. We pay for quality delivery, not hours. Any process or automation improvements you find are welcome, as long as every asset meets the spec Turnaround: one calendar week (7 days) per batch. Volume & relationship Typically 1–2 batches of ~30 brands per month. No ongoing commitment required — each batch stands alone. We'll start with one small paid test batch (3–5 brands). Freelancers who consistently deliver good work get first choice on future batches. We have a detailed brief (attached / shared on shortlist) that defines every requirement, sizes, edge cases and worked examples. We'd rather be clear upfront than go back and forth later.
