Vectorisation + Packaging Designer

I am developing a beauty and lifestyle brand called TheBratPrint, built around a Y2K-inspired aesthetic with a strong visual identity system. I am looking for a vector artist / packaging designer to help develop scalable, production-ready packaging designs and brand assets. This role focuses on visual identity, packaging structure design, and vector-based artwork that will be used across product packaging, marketing, and digital platforms. What I need help with: 1. Vectorisation & Brand Assets * Convert logos, illustrations, and design elements into clean vector files * Create scalable assets for packaging, website, and marketing use * Develop consistent graphic systems (grid, chrome, Y2K-inspired elements) 2. Packaging Design * Design packaging layouts for beauty products and kits * Create print-ready packaging files (boxes, tubes, labels, inserts) * Ensure designs are production-ready and aligned with manufacturing requirements 3. Brand Packaging System * Build a consistent packaging identity across all product categories * Develop a cohesive visual system (fonts, layout structure, colour application) * Ensure scalability across 150+ product SKUs Brand direction: * Y2K / Bratz-inspired aesthetic * Pink, chrome, holographic, glossy finishes * “Beauty Blueprint” grid-inspired design system * Bold, playful, immersive brand world What I’m looking for: * Strong experience in packaging design (beauty or consumer goods preferred) * Skilled in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent vector software * Experience creating print-ready packaging files * Strong understanding of branding systems and consistency * Ability to work from mood boards and conceptual direction Deliverables: * Vector brand asset library * Packaging design templates * Print-ready packaging files (AI/PDF formats) * Brand identity packaging system This role is part of a larger brand build and may lead to ongoing collaboration as the product line expands.
