Vectorworks Architectural Draftsperson – German Permit Drawing Revisions Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Vectorworks architectural draftsperson to continue an ongoing residential permit drawing project. The previous designer has completed the majority of the work, and the project is now in its final coordination and presentation refinement stage. The successful freelancer will be provided with the current Vectorworks file package (Version V03) and will be responsible for implementing a series of specific revisions required for a German building permit submission. Required Tasks Site Plan Revisions - Update site plan scale to 1:1000 - Add a north arrow - Show neighboring building as a simple context massing volume - Add western setback dimension of 3.50 m - Incorporate Bavarian setback lines: - 0.4 × H - Minimum setback 3.00 m Elevations & Sections - Show neighboring building as a simple context volume on all elevations and sections Floor Plans - Add and clearly label all section lines - Ensure section markers are coordinated across all drawings Drawing Presentation Standards The drawing style should be adjusted to match a provided German permit submission reference drawing: - Use white wall fills instead of black surface fills - Show windows as simple openings without detailed profiles - Replace sliding window representations with standard turn-tilt windows - Maintain a clean permit-submission presentation style Annotation Requirements Please keep annotations limited to: - Room names - Room areas (room stamps) - Dimension chains - Level markers - Relevant height annotations - Section markers in floor plans No additional text notes, detailed labeling, schedules, or unnecessary annotations are required. Exclusions To avoid unnecessary work: - No title block creation required - No detailed sheet labeling required - No sheet layout design required These items will be completed separately by the project owner. Required Experience - Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks Architecture - Experience producing permit/construction drawings - Familiarity with German or European architectural documentation standards is highly preferred - Strong attention to detail and drawing coordination Deliverables - Updated Vectorworks file incorporating all requested revisions - Clean, coordinated drawing package ready for final permit documentation review Note: My budget is strictly 5 dollars please
