The project is currently behind schedule, so timely delivery and strong attention to detail are essential. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for reviewing the current Vectorworks file and implementing all required corrections to ensure the package meets permit submission standards and the original project requirements. Required Revisions - Correct northern and western setbacks to comply with permit requirements. - Resolve scaling issues caused by the model being created in millimeters instead of meters. - Update the site plan to the required 1:1000 scale. - Add missing site plan elements, including: - North arrow - Surrounding buildings - Setback lines - Correct the neighboring building roof form. - Add neighboring building context to all relevant elevations and sections. - Rework elevations and sections to match the provided drawing style reference. - Convert raw 3D section cuts into professional 2D permit-quality drawings. - Replace brick hatch wall fills with neutral fills suitable for permit documentation. - Rename all classes from French to English. - Review and implement additional corrections required to align the package with the original project brief and permit requirements.
