Vehicle Wrap Designer for Long-Term Projects

Razor Wraps is an established vehicle wrap company in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We design, print, and install wraps for commercial vehicles, fleets, tow trucks, and other specialty vehicles. We are looking for an experienced vehicle wrap designer who can become a consistent, long-term part of our team. This will likely begin with paid project work, grow into steady part-time work, and could become a full-time position for the right person. This is not an entry-level or general graphic design position. You must have experience creating professional vehicle wraps and preparing artwork for large-format production at scale. WHAT YOU’LL BE DESIGNING Tow truck wraps Commercial truck and van wraps Fleet graphics Full, partial, and spot-graphic wraps Customer presentations and realistic vehicle mockups Print-ready production artwork WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong portfolio of actual vehicle wrap designs Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Experience working with vehicle templates and photos at scale Strong understanding of scale, resolution, bleed, panel breaks, overlaps, and production requirements Ability to create bold, professional designs that remain readable on the road Organized, properly layered working files Dependable communication and the ability to meet deadlines Willingness to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently IMPORTANT: OUR PHOTOSHOP WORKFLOW Our production workflow is built around Adobe Photoshop. We are not opposed to concepts or vector elements being created in Illustrator, but the final artwork must be able to be brought into Photoshop, scaled correctly, and prepared for full-size production without quality or compatibility issues. Final files must be properly sized, organized, layered, and production-ready. We are happy to show the right designer exactly how we prepare our Photoshop files and vehicle templates.
