Vendor Needed to Convert Apparel Pattern Files from PDS/DXF to Chinese PRJ Format

We are looking for an experienced vendor or CAD pattern specialist who can convert apparel pattern files from PDS/DXF format into Chinese PRJ format. We will provide sample PDS/DXF files for testing first. The selected vendor must be able to return a working PRJ file for review before we continue with more files. This is a long-term cooperation opportunity. We usually need around 20 pattern files converted per batch. We would like to start with one sample file first to confirm that the converted PRJ file works correctly. After the sample is approved, we can continue with regular batches. Please provide your price per file and your best price for a batch of 20 files.
