Venture Capital advisor

Hello Upwork community, I am seeking an experienced venture capital fundraising advisor to help develop an AI-powered financial modeling and research platform from an early-stage concept into an investor-ready proposal. The product aims to automate financial model building, data retrieval, formula generation, and model quality checks through integration with leading financial data platforms. Scope of work: Refine the business concept and value proposition Develop an investor-ready pitch deck and fundraising proposal Assist with financial projections, valuation, and fundraising strategy Identify suitable angel investors, VCs, and strategic investors Facilitate relevant investor introductions in Japan, Australia, and/or Vietnam Support investor outreach, meetings, and due diligence preparation The target raise is US$200,000 to US$1 million. Ideal candidate: Demonstrated experience raising pre-seed or seed capital Strong investor network in at least one of the target markets Experience with AI, fintech, financial data, or B2B SaaS Excellent written communication and pitch-development skills Familiarity with compliant cross-border fundraising practices Able to provide verifiable examples of previous fundraising work Please include details of funds you have helped raise, your investor network, your proposed initial deliverables, and your fee structure. Relevant regulatory registrations or qualifications should also be disclosed. This will begin as a project-based engagement, with the possibility of a longer-term advisory relationship.
