Venue Outreach & Booking Coordinator – Live Music

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and professional assistant to help with live music booking outreach, venue research, and follow-up communications for a working country artist performing regularly throughout Nashville and surrounding regional markets. Responsibilities include: * Researching venues, bars, breweries, restaurants, hotels, festivals, and private event opportunities * Finding booking contacts, talent buyers, and submission information * Sending professional outreach emails and follow-ups * Tracking outreach and responses in spreadsheets or CRM systems * Helping organize open dates and scheduling opportunities * Assisting with occasional social media outreach when needed Ideal candidate: * Strong communication and writing skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable with internet research and email outreach * Familiarity with live music, entertainment, or event booking preferred * Experience working with musicians, venues, or entertainment projects is a plus * Professional, dependable, and responsive
