Vertex BD Expert Needed for Timber Frame Panelization Templates (Prefab Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Vertex BD specialist to develop custom panelized framing templates for a timber-framed residential construction workflow. The goal is to create a reusable template system that aligns with our factory production standards and allows for efficient modeling of future projects. 🛠 Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for: Developing panelized wall framing templates in Vertex BD Setting up TSUPS wall assemblies, including: Sheathing Spacer strips Foam layers Rail and layout logic Implementing panelization rules, including: Maximum panel length (144") Panel break priorities Panel numbering system Configuring opening framing standards: Headers (LVL rules & defaults) King studs, jack studs, and columns Cripples and bottom plate cutouts Setting up sheathing standards: Sheet layout and orientation Opening cutouts Edge support logic Creating custom shop drawing templates that include: Panel elevations Dimensions Openings Framing details TSUPS components Ensuring all templates are: Editable Well-structured Ready for internal team use 📎 Provided Materials Architectural drawings Structural drawings Detailed framing standards document (HPH standards) 🎯 Project Goals Create a fully functional template system Ensure compatibility with factory workflow and prefab production Enable internal team to easily modify and reuse templates My budget is strictly 30 dollars, if you can't do it that way don't apply
