🧱 Job Title Vertex BD Expert Needed – Panel Framing Templates + Shop Drawings (Prefab Construction) 📄 Job Description We are looking for an experienced Vertex BD specialist to develop panel framing templates and shop drawing setups for a prefab residential construction workflow. This is NOT a basic modeling job — we need someone who understands automated wood framing systems, panelization, and production-ready outputs. 🔧 Scope of Work Develop wall and floor panel framing templates based on provided standards Configure framing rules and settings (stud spacing, openings, headers, etc.) Set up shop drawing templates (for walls, floors, prefab components) Ensure templates are fully editable and reusable for future projects Provide a clean, organized Vertex BD project file --- 📦 Deliverables Vertex BD native file (.vxp or equivalent) Fully configured panel templates Editable framing rules/settings Shop drawing templates 2D exports (PDF/DWG) for review Note: Cut lists are NOT required for this phase. --- 🏗️ Project Context Residential prefab construction workflow Standard I-joist: RFPI-400 (or equivalent such as TJI210) Roof modeling is NOT required at this stage Future scope may include full project modeling (e.g., 6000sf home) --- 🎯 Ideal Candidate Proven experience using Vertex BD (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of: Wood framing systems Panelization workflows Prefab/shop drawing production Ability to create automation-ready templates, not just models --- 🚫 Important This project must be done in Vertex BD Applicants using only Autodesk Revit or other software will NOT be considered No “conversion later” workflows --- 🔍 To Apply Please include: 1.
