Vertical IG Reels editor — talking-head, motion graphics, 7-15/wk retainer

Looking for a vertical short-form video editor to join a long-term retainer. I run an Instagram coaching account in the men's performance / hormone optimization space and need to ship 7 to 15 Reels per week. If the trial reel lands and we click, this is steady work. THE WORK You'll edit vertical 9:16 talking-head Reels (1080x1920, H.264, 60s default, 30s and 90s variants). Three flavors: 1. Studio whiteboard tutorials (me writing numbers on a board while talking) 2. Casual outdoor walk-and-talk lists (handheld vertical, walk-and-talk) 3. Indoor talking head (locked tripod, news-style or listicle pacing) Cadence: 7 to 15 Reels per week, every week, indefinitely once trust is set. WHAT I SEND YOU PER REEL Each reel comes with a complete written editor brief: per-scene timecode, on-screen text already written, overlay specs, motion notes, exact CTA. You also get the raw MOV files, a brand assets folder (font, palette), and a 60 to 90 second Loom from me pointing at the best takes. You will not have to guess. Style reference: I'll send 5 Instagram Reels modeled on Brian Mark and Layne Norton style. Watch each one 3 times before touching a clip. Pacing and overlay style there is what I want. STYLE I WANT Some Reels should feel raw. Walk-and-talk lists and whiteboard tutorials read more authentic with light edits, just captions plus 1 or 2 text overlays. Other Reels (news-style, two-column comparison, ranking countdown) need real motion graphics work: numbered list reveals, two-column table builds, persistent header bars, animated counters. Editor judgment on when to leave a clip alone is part of the gig. I do not want every cut to have a zoom punch. HARD RULES (these break the brand if you miss them) 1. No music. Room-tone only on every Reel. 2. Word-level burned captions on every Reel (CapCut auto-caption or whisper-cut style, then manual cleanup). 3. Font: Inter only. No exceptions. 4. Color palette: bone, pepper near-black, blue-jean accent. Hex codes in the brand folder. 5. No AI-slop B-roll. No stock music stings. No emoji. TOOLS Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred. CapCut Pro acceptable for the trial reel. After Effects is a plus for the motion-graphics-heavy Reels (3 to 4 per week) but not required for the lighter cuts. TURNAROUND 48 hours per Reel from raw drop to first cut. 2 revision rounds included, billed hourly after. STRUCTURE One paid trial reel first. If it lands, ongoing weekly retainer.
