Vibe Coding App Developer (International) Remote | $10/hr USD | Part-Time / Contract | WebWork Tracked Grocapitus Investments is a data-driven real estate investment firm that educates investors through cutting-edge digital tools and content. We're expanding our team globally and looking for a talented international developer to help us build AI-powered educational applications for our investor community. The Role You'll work directly under our CEO — a hands-on technologist — to design, build, and iterate on apps using the latest AI and vibe coding tools. You'll have real creative input, working alongside a small, collaborative team to deliver applications that help real estate investors learn and make smarter decisions. We use Claude, DeepSeek, and similar platforms as our core development stack. You don't need to be a traditional software engineer — you need to be someone who knows how to work with AI tools to build things that work. What You'll Do Build lightweight, functional apps under the direction of our CEO. We already have a hosted platform, so you will hit the ground running. Use Claude, DeepSeek, and other AI/vibe coding platforms to develop features rapidly. No manual coding, all code is written by AI Collaborate asynchronously with our US-based team across time zones Iterate and improve features based on team and user feedback Document your builds so the broader team can understand and extend them Track all working hours accurately using WebWork What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a computer engineering, computer science, or related program (preferred) Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or vibe coding tools (Claude, DeepSeek, Cursor, Replit, v0, etc.) Ability to interpret a brief or concept and produce a working prototype Strong written English communication for async collaboration Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently Interest in real estate, investing, or financial education is a bonus Compensation & Logistics $10/hour (USD) 100% remote — work from anywhere Flexible schedule; estimated 10–20 hours/week to start Opportunity to take on more responsibility as our platform grows To apply, send a brief note about yourself and examples of apps or tools you've built using AI/vibe coding platforms.
