AI Vibecoder to help me with improving internal company software tools

Looking for an AI Vibe Coder — Ongoing I run a digital media company with a growing stack of internal tools. I'm looking for one or more developers who are fluent in AI-assisted coding workflows think Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar to join my team on an ongoing basis. What you'll be doing: - Iterating on and improving existing internal tools - Building out new features quickly - Keeping things clean, functional, and scalable What I'm looking for: - Comfortable working with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) as your primary workflow - Can move fast without sacrificing quality - Good at understanding context and working semi-autonomously - Clear communicator This is not a one-off job — I'm building a small bench of reliable coders I can tap regularly.
