We’re looking for an AI-first video ads creator to produce high-converting, scroll-stopping video ads for TikTok. 🎯 The Task - Create short-form video ads. - Turn existing content (UGC, product shots, messaging) into high-converting ads - Develop multiple variations of hooks, angles, and formats 👉 You do NOT need to film content — this is AI + editing only. 💚 You should - Understand hooks & hook-driven storytelling (first 2 seconds matter) - Direct response marketing - Ad formats that convert 💡 We’re Looking For - Experience creating ads that convert (not just look good) - Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention - Ability to create multiple variations quickly - Familiarity with ads for mobile or gaming apps. - Photo editing skills (Lightroom) is a big plus. 📦 Deliverables - 5–10 video ads per week - Multiple hook variations per concept - Formats optimized for TikTok (safe zones, captions, etc) ❗ To Apply - Examples of video ads you’ve created (NOT just aesthetic videos) - Tools you use (list them clearly)
