Video / Audio Editor Needed For Podcast Series

We’re a community driven podcast agency working with a large variety of podcasts, from health and wellness, business, mindset and more, now looking to build a long term working relationship with a freelance (not agency) video and audio editor. Our edits are generally simple, multi-camera, two person files from riverside, 45 to 60 minutes. We have clients that release once a week, some several times a week - the workload ultimately depends on performance but has part time to full time potential. ❌ We aren’t looking for someone with flashy editing skills. (thought it’s a plus only if..) ✅ Were looking for someone that understands the importance of the benchmark essentials of consistency and good quality. This means… 1. Ensuring basic audio enhancements and correction (fixing noise, reverb, mic bleed..) 2. Proper video exposure, highlights and shadows 3. Color correction and skin tones (not allowing anyone to look like a tomato) 4. Scaling and composition, so that the shot is framed nicely and looks good 5. Cutting out mistakes, filler words and or un-needed dialogue Requirements… 1. You work independently, not with a team, or agency 2. Work with Adobe Premiere 3. Work closely to EST Hours (9 AM - 5 PM) 4. Available to commit for a minimum of 3 months 5.
