Video & Audio Editor for 15-Minute Educational Modules (Voiceover + Slides)

Project Overview We're producing a series of 15-minute educational modules for a healthcare curriculum and need a reliable video/audio editor to assemble the finished videos. We provide the scripts and the PowerPoint decks. Your job is to turn those into clean, polished narrated videos. This is the first version of an ongoing program. We have 16+ modules in this initial batch, with more to come, so we're looking for a long-term partner — not a one-off. Version 1 Scope To keep costs reasonable for this first round, V1 is intentionally simple: AI/synthetic voiceover from the provided scripts (high-quality, natural-sounding — your recommendation on tools welcome) PowerPoint slides timed to the narration Basic transitions, clean audio leveling, intro/outro, and export to standard delivery format Where This Is Headed Future iterations will get more sophisticated — simple animation, motion graphics, on-screen callouts, and similar enhancements. We strongly prefer someone who can grow into that work, so animation/motion-graphics ability is a big plus even though it isn't required for V1. Rights, Confidentiality & Licensing These videos will be used and sold commercially, so a few things are non-negotiable: Full commercial rights / work-for-hire: all final deliverables, project files, and assets are owned by us with unlimited rights to use, distribute, and sell. Any AI voiceover, music, fonts, stock, or other third-party assets must be cleared for commercial resale — no royalty-bound or "personal use only" licenses. You'll be asked to sign a non-disclosure and non-use agreement (you won't reuse, repurpose, or share our scripts, decks, or finished modules).
