Video Content Creator (Film + Edit) for International Food Brand — Bangkok Based PlantEra is a Thai plant-based protein brand launching into the UK, Canada, Europe and the USA. We make authentic Thai flavored products (tom yum, green curry, kra pao) and we need someone to own our entire visual content output for Instagram Reels and TikTok. What you'll do: • Film 15 to 20 short-form videos per month (Reels and TikTok format) • Edit all footage: captions, trending audio, text overlays, transitions • Shoot on phone or basic camera, natural light, raw authentic style (not corporate or overproduced) • Work with rotating on-camera talent (you direct them, set up shots, capture reactions) • Help us jump on trends quickly, sometimes same-day turnaround • Maintain a consistent visual style across all content so our feed looks cohesive What we're looking for: • Based in Bangkok and available for regular shoot days • Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar • Deep understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram Reels • Experience creating food content is a big plus • Bilingual Thai and English • Has their own TikTok or Instagram showing content they've filmed and edited themselves This is not a corporate video role. We want someone who lives on TikTok, understands meme culture, knows how to hook viewers in the first 2 seconds, and can make food look irresistible on camera. Our content includes taste tests, cooking videos, comedy series, behind-the-scenes footage, street reactions, and trending format adaptations. We have a full content playbook ready to share.
