AI Video Content Creator for Pet Brand

We are a fast-growing e-commerce pet brand selling a unique product for cats. We're looking for a talented and ambitious full-time AI Video Content Creator to join our team, work exclusively on our brand, and help us scale our creative output and ad performance. What You'll Be Doing Create high-engagement AI-powered video content for our ads: → Find new hook and video ideas by researching other brands on the market using spy tools (we'll provide access) and the Ads Library → Create a list of new hook ideas for approval → Create 3–4 AI images for each shot idea/concept → Turn images into ready-to-use AI shots and videos → Generate visuals using AI tools (video, avatars, animations, voice, backgrounds) → Edit and optimize videos for retention, pacing, captions, and CTA → Stay up to date with trends, formats, and viral mechanics → Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative team Required Skills: - Ability to find and suggest daily content and hook ideas - Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., AI avatars, AI animation, AI voiceovers, generative visuals, etc.) - Ability to create AI content that feels natural and authentic - Proven experience creating short-form video content - Strong understanding of Meta ads, VSLs, and UGC - Solid video editing skills (cuts, captions, pacing, transitions) - Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and viral psychology - Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality - Good English (written and spoken) Must-Have Mindset: - This is a FULL-TIME role - You are available daily and responsive - You are not juggling multiple full-time clients - You treat this as a long-term partnership, not a side project - You care about performance, growth, and results, not just "making videos" Nice to Have: → Experience working with pet brands → Experience creating or editing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) → Experience producing high-converting AI-generated hooks What We Offer: → Full-time, long-term work → Stable workload → Fast execution → Opportunity to grow with the brand How to Apply: To make sure you actually read this post, please start your application with the word "PURRFECT" at the very top.
