Video Content Producer (Videography, Editing & Motion Graphics) – 3 Month Contract - NYC ONLY

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Content Producer to support the creation of professional video content across podcasts, social media, personal branding, marketing, and business initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can manage the full production process—from planning and filming to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery. Responsibilities: - Production - Plan, coordinate, and direct video shoots - Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment - Film interviews, podcasts, talking-head content, events, and B-roll - Collaborate on creative concepts, storytelling, and shot execution - Post-Production - Edit long-form videos for YouTube, podcasts, interviews, and educational content - Create short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms - Edit podcast video content and create engaging highlight clips - Add motion graphics, animations, lower thirds, transitions, captions, and branded visual elements - Create custom graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools - Optimize content for various social media platforms and formats - Maintain consistent brand standards across all video content Requirements: - Proven experience filming and editing professional video content - Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing, and motion graphics work - Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro - Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects - Experience editing podcasts, interviews, and social media content - Understanding of lighting, audio, composition, and storytelling - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred: - Experience producing content for founders, executives, or personal brands - Experience creating content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok - Knowledge of motion design, animation, and visual effects - Drone experience (optional) Contract Details: - Contract engagement: 1-3 months - Potential for extension based on performance - Hybrid / On-site filming required as needed - Portfolio submission required
