Video Course Creator

We are looking for a skilled video course creator/editor to help produce content for an AI learning program. This is an urgent project, and we need someone who can start immediately, ideally today. This is an 8-week learner program, but from a production standpoint, the content needs to be completed as quickly and efficiently as possible so the course is ready for launch. We will provide the full instructional structure, including: – Scripts/text – Visual cues – Narration direction – Segment flow – Storyline and lesson structure – Guidance on the desired look, feel, and formatting Your role will be to bring the content to life. We are currently creating the course using HeyGen and Canva, but you are welcome to use other tools you are already comfortable with, as long as the final output aligns with the look, feel, quality, and formatting standards we have established. Please note: the avatar and voice must remain the specific avatar and voice we have selected for the course. These should not be changed or substituted. Each week of the program is divided into multiple video segments. The goal is to create polished, consistent weekly course content that aligns with the program structure and learner experience. Responsibilities: – Create professional video lessons using HeyGen, Canva, or other suitable tools – Use the selected course avatar and voice exactly as provided – Follow provided scripts, storylines, and visual direction – Produce and edit individual video segments – Assemble segments into complete weekly course modules – Maintain a consistent format, tone, pacing, and visual style across all videos – Match the established course look and feel – Incorporate feedback after the first segment before proceeding with the rest of the assigned content – Work quickly and communicate clearly on progress Workflow: To make sure the project starts correctly, we will begin with one assigned segment. You will produce Segment 1 first, and we will review it for quality, pacing, formatting, style, avatar/voice accuracy, and alignment with the established course standard. Once the first segment is approved, you will continue producing the remaining segments for that assigned week. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, follow direction closely, and create clean, professional course videos with minimal back-and-forth once the style is established.
