We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented graphic designer to create professional video thumbnails for Ally Safety, a workplace safety training company with a bold, high-energy visual brand. This is an ongoing role — as we continue producing new courses and videos, we need someone who can consistently turn around polished thumbnails that match our established template and brand standards. --- **What You'll Be Doing** - Producing video thumbnails for new course releases on a rolling basis - Following our existing thumbnail template (provided) - Matching our brand assets: logo, color palette, fonts, and visual style - Delivering files in the correct dimensions and formats for our video platform --- **What We'll Provide** - Thumbnail template (editable file) - Brand kit: logo files, color codes, approved fonts - Reference examples of existing thumbnails - Course name, topic, and any relevant imagery/direction per thumbnail
