We are looking for an experienced AI video creation specialist to coach and train our in-house video editor on the latest AI video tools, workflows, and best practices. Our company already produces video content and has an internal editor. We are not looking for someone to be our primary video editor. Instead, we want an expert who can help us leverage AI to create high-quality videos that look professional and natural—not the typical low-quality or obviously AI-generated content. What We Need Help With Evaluating the best AI video platforms and tools currently available Recommending the right workflow based on our goals and content Teaching our editor how to create realistic, high-quality AI video content Showing us how to maintain consistent branding and visual style across videos Demonstrating how to use existing footage, images, and content as source material Training our editor to replicate and scale successful video styles using AI Reviewing examples and providing feedback on our editor's work Ideal Candidate Extensive experience with AI video generation platforms Strong understanding of current tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Pika, Kling, and other leading solutions Has created AI-generated videos that are difficult to distinguish from traditionally produced content Able to explain concepts clearly and train team members Up-to-date on the rapidly changing AI video landscape Can recommend practical solutions rather than simply listing tools Project Scope Approximately 5–10 hours of consulting and training Initial review of our existing content and goals Live coaching sessions with our editor Written recommendations on platforms, workflows, and best practices When Applying Please include: Examples of AI-generated videos you've created.
