We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand doing real revenue — and we're looking for ONE person who understands something most "content creators" never figure out: A video is a sales letter that moves. Every frame. Every word. Every cut. It either pulls someone closer to buying or it loses them forever. There is no neutral. Here's what we need: You live at the intersection of AI tools and raw human storytelling. You know how to use the latest AI video tech not as a crutch — but as a force multiplier on ideas that were already good. You understand UGC at a molecular level. Not the aesthetic — the psychology. You know why a shaky phone video of a real person saying the right thing in the right order will outperform a $20,000 production nine times out of ten. You think in hooks. Your brain automatically edits real life into pattern interrupts. You watch a customer testimonial and immediately see three different ads hiding inside it. You know Meta. You understand that the first 2 seconds are everything. You've killed your own darlings because the data told you to. You've had ads you were proud of flop — and you learned something every single time. What you'll actually do: → Craft video ads that stop the scroll and start the sale — primarily for Meta (Facebook + Instagram) → Build UGC-style content that feels native, not produced → Use cutting-edge AI video tools to ideate, iterate, and output at a pace that keeps us ahead → Study what's winning in the feed and reverse-engineer why → Speak and write in flawless English — your words are your product and every script, hook, and headline you write will be judged for it → Work directly with founders who move fast and reward results What this is NOT: ✗ A brand awareness role ✗ A "post pretty content" role ✗ A role where you'll wait 3 weeks for approval on a thumbnail ✗ A place for people who can't tell the difference between reach and revenue Here's who thrives here: You've made something from scratch that converted. Maybe it was small. Maybe it surprised you. But you know the feeling of watching a video you built actually move product — and you're chasing that feeling. You're obsessed with the craft. You study winning ads the way athletes watch game film. You have opinions. Strong ones. And the track record to back them up. You're not waiting for better tools. You're already running Seedance 2.0, Google Veo (Gemini Omni), Runway, Kling, HeyGen, and whatever dropped last Tuesday. You don't just know these tools exist — you know which one to reach for and why. You stay current because you can't help it. The role is remote. Compensation is based on experience and what you bring to the table. If you're the person this was written for — you already know it.
