Video Creator/Editor for Interview-Style YouTube Content

Swiss Monkey is a healthcare-focused company connecting dental practices with skilled professionals. We're leveling up our YouTube presence (youtube.com/@swissmonkeypros) and need a talented video creator to make it happen. What you'll do: - Plan and conduct remote video interviews with our doctors, dental professionals, and team members - Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos - intros/outros, captions, b-roll, clean audio, branded graphics - Optimize and publish content directly to our YouTube channel: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails - Help shape a consistent content style and posting cadence that grows the channel - Bonus: repurpose long-form interviews into short clips (YouTube Shorts) What we're looking for: - Proven experience producing interview-style or talking-head video content (portfolio required — show us your best work) - Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) - Comfortable coordinating with busy professionals to schedule and run remote interviews - Working knowledge of YouTube optimization — thumbnails, titles, SEO, retention-focused editing - Excellent English communication; you'll be interacting directly with our doctors and team - Self-directed — you can take a rough idea and deliver a finished video without hand-holding Nice to have: - Experience with healthcare, dental, or professional-services content - Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop/Canva) - Familiarity with YouTube analytics and growth strategy To apply: Send 2 - 3 links to interview-style videos you've produced and edited, and briefly tell us how you'd approach improving a channel like ours.
