AI Video Creator (End-to-End) for German SaaS — Ongoing Social Ads, Explainers & Avatar Videos

About us We're a German B2B SaaS platform that connects vehicle owners with certified expert assessors ("Gutachter"). Our partners buy regional territories, receive customer leads, and book marketing modules through our platform. We're scaling our marketing and want a reliable, long-term AI video creator to become our go-to person for video content. What we need We're looking for an AI video specialist who can take projects end-to-end — concept, script, voiceover, editing, and final delivery. We provide the briefing, brand guidelines, and product context; you handle everything else and deliver ready-to-publish videos. This is an ongoing collaboration, not a one-off. We expect a steady stream of videos (starting with a paid test, then a recurring monthly volume we'll agree on). Types of videos you'll produce Social ads / UGC-style — short vertical videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) using AI avatars or a UGC look, built for lead generation and performance marketing. Explainer videos — clearly explain how our platform works (territory purchase, lead flow, booking modules) for onboarding and our website. Talking-head / AI-avatar presentations — a spokesperson-style avatar (HeyGen / Synthesia or similar) presenting our offer for landing pages and sales. Important — language & market Final videos must be delivered in German (native-level German voiceover and/or on-screen captions, correct umlauts: ä ö ü ß). You don't need to speak German yourself, but you must be able to produce flawless German-language output (native VO talent, AI voices that sound natural in German, and accurate German subtitles). Communication with us can be in English. Your responsibilities (full ownership) Translate a short brief into a video concept and script Generate/produce the video (AI avatars, AI voiceover, stock or generated b-roll, screen recordings as needed) Editing, captions, music, branding, and platform-correct formatting (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) Deliver final, ready-to-publish files plus source/project files Iterate based on feedback (reasonable revision rounds included) Tools we expect you to be fluent in (or equivalents) HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway / Pika / Kling, CapCut / Premiere / After Effects, plus AI scriptwriting workflows. What we're looking for in you Portfolio is mandatory — share 3–5 examples of AI videos you've made (ads, explainers, or avatar videos). UGC/ad examples are a big plus. Proven ability to deliver polished, on-brand videos, not generic AI output. Reliable, responsive, and able to hit deadlines for a recurring workload. Experience producing content in a language other than your own (German experience is a strong plus). Bonus: experience with B2B / SaaS or lead-generation video ads.
