AI Video Creator Expert in Synthesia

We are is seeking an AI Video Creation Specialist to help develop engaging, multilingual training and learning content for industries including agriculture, safety, construction, and mining. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Synthesia and other AI-powered content creation tools, with the ability to transform training materials, SOPs, policies, and subject matter expertise into professional, easy-to-understand video content. Key responsibilities include: • Creating and editing AI-generated training videos using avatars and voice technology. • Developing scripts and storyboards from existing training materials. • Designing engaging visual experiences that improve learner understanding and retention. • Managing multilingual video production and quality assurance. • Collaborating with our team to continuously improve the learner experience and explore innovative AI capabilities. • Delivering high-quality projects within agreed timelines.
