AI Video Creator | Motion Graphics + AI Animation + Short-Form Editor Excellence required We're looking to hire an exceptional video creator to produce content across our portfolio of consumer apps focused on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and self-discovery. We are hiring one role for now and will pay rates for creators whose work consistently lands at the highest level of quality. We are not looking for generalists who are passable across the board. We are looking for creators whose portfolios make us stop scrolling. The role spans three disciplines. Top candidates demonstrate elite work in at least one and strong fluency across all three: 1. AI Video Generation — exceptional AI-generated content in both realistic and animated styles, with masterful control over character consistency, lighting, motion, and brand tone. Deep, current fluency in Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney, or comparable bleeding-edge tooling. 2. Motion Graphics — animated typography, logo motion, UI/UX animation, and brand-driven motion design at a level that holds up against the best in-house brand teams. Advanced After Effects required. 3. Short-Form Editing for Ads & Social — sharp, performance-driven instincts for hooks, pacing, retention, and viral mechanics across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads. Demonstrated experience editing for high-performing DTC brands or top-tier creators required. This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week, working closely with our creative team to produce ads, hero films, organic social content, and in-app video across multiple brands. Required: - A portfolio that demonstrates excellence — not range, excellence — across the three areas above - Comfort working on romantic, religious, intimate, and emotional creative themes - Self-directed, fast-moving, able to ship polished work with minimal direction - Ability to align with North American business hours Rate: Up to $150/hr for the right creator.
