Hi, We are a growing real estate office based in Melbourne, Australia, looking for a creative and reliable video editor or AI video creator to help us produce quick property walkthrough videos using only listing photos and floorplans. This is not a full cinematic production role. The goal is to create clean, modern, and engaging walkthrough-style videos that help buyers understand the layout and flow of a property using the available marketing material online. You will mainly work from: • Property photos• Floorplans• Basic property details Your role will include: • Turning still property photos into smooth walkthrough-style videos• Creating a natural room-to-room flow based on the floorplan• Adding smooth camera movements, transitions, music, and simple text overlays• Producing clean and professional videos suitable for online marketing Video Requirements: • 30 to 60 seconds usually• Landscape format preferred• Modern and professional presentation style• Suitable for websites, YouTube, realestate.com.au, and digital advertising We are looking for someone who: • Has experience creating real estate videos• Understands pacing and property presentation• Can work fast with consistent turnaround times• Has experience using AI video tools or video editing software
