AI Video Creator (Synthesia/HeyGen) - Educational Video Rebuild, Long-Term Volume Work Job type: Fixed-price trial (3 videos), leading to ongoing per-video contract Trial budget: US$90 (US$30 per video) Long-term scope: ~1,000 videos over 12-18 months at a negotiated per-video rate The work This is production work, not creative work. We supply everything: the script (scene by scene), the visual assets for each scene (diagrams, screenshots, simulation captures), the platform template (branding, intro/outro, layouts, avatar, and voice are already chosen), and a written QA checklist. You assemble each video in [Synthesia / HeyGen], generate it, check it against the checklist, fix issues, and deliver. Per video, you will: 1. Create a new video from our master template 2. Paste the supplied script into scenes exactly as written (no rewording - this is clinically reviewed medical education content and must not be altered) 3. Place the supplied visual assets against the correct scenes per the storyboard notes 4. Generate, then self-review against our QA checklist (audio timing, visual placement, text legibility, template consistency) 5. Make corrections and regenerate as needed 6. Deliver the export plus a completed QA checklist Average video length: approximately 7 minutes. Expected effort once familiar with the template: 1-2 hours per video. The trial Paid trial: 3 videos, US$30 each, using our template and materials. We are running the same trial with a small number of candidates and will offer the ongoing contract to the best one or two based on: accuracy against the brief, output quality after our clinical reviewer's check, turnaround time, and how little back-and-forth you needed. The trial is real work and you will be paid regardless of outcome. Ongoing terms (after trial) - Per-video fixed rate, negotiated based on demonstrated effort in the trial - Steady volume: batches of 20-50 videos with agreed turnaround per batch - Work happens in our platform account (we provide a seat; the account and subscription remain ours) - Weekly check-in, fully async-friendly; no timezone overlap required beyond occasional handover messages Requirements - Demonstrated experience with Synthesia, HeyGen, or a comparable AI avatar video platform - link specific examples in your proposal - Strong written English comprehension (scripts contain medical and technical terminology; you will not write or edit the wording, but you must place and check it accurately) - Meticulous attention to detail - our QA standard is strict because the content is used in healthcare education - Reliable availability for ongoing batch work over 12+ months - E-learning or educational video portfolio work is a plus Contract terms (non-negotiable) - Full IP assignment: all work product belongs to the client - NDA covering all supplied materials (scripts, footage, images, product screenshots) - Supplied materials may not be reused, shared, or retained after the engagement - Completed videos may not be shown in your portfolio without written permission How to apply So we know you have read this far and can follow instructions precisely, begin your proposal with the phrase "Collimation checked" and then answer these three questions briefly: 1.
