AI Video Creator for a New-Age Creative Agency

We're a new-age creative agency. We create content for our clients and build our own brands, we move fast, we test a lot, and we're doubling down on AI as our next edge. This role sits across everything we do at the agency. We want someone who can create content for our clients and our own brand, help develop our content systems, and bring ideas and new formats to the table. A lot of our raw material is talking-head video — your job is to take those words and scripts and spin them into fresh, eye-catching AI-driven formats so we can multiply output without multiplying time on camera. What you'll do Take existing talking-head videos, scripts, and audio and turn them into new AI-generated or AI-enhanced video formats. Create content for our clients and our own brand. Help develop and shape our content systems and processes. Bring formats, styles, and ideas to the table — we want someone with taste who knows what's working in AI content right now. Stay current on the best AI video, voice, avatar, and editing tools and put the right ones to work. Collaborate on look, pacing, and packaging so the output matches each brand's vibe. Nice to have (a real plus, not required) Ability to help build or automate a repeatable AI content system / pipeline so we can scale production. If you can streamline how this content gets made, that's a major bonus. Who we're looking for We're open to both individual freelancers and agencies — just tell us which you are. We care more about what you can actually make than about years on a résumé, so let your work do the talking. Whether you're an established AI content pro or rising talent with a killer reel, we want to see it. You're a fit if you: Have hands-on experience creating AI-generated or AI-assisted video content (not just talking about it). Can show real examples — a reel, links, before/afters, anything that proves the output. Move fast, iterate, and have a strong eye for what stops the scroll. Communicate clearly and can take a script and run with it. Are highly communicative — we work out of Slack, and you'll coordinate closely with our team day to day. This could grow. We're looking for someone who can grow into the role and become a bigger part of the company as we scale. We're launching this as a new-age agency led by a seasoned founder with over 1.8M followers and serious view counts behind him — there's real momentum here to build on.
