AI Video Creator for Realistic SEL Narrative Scenes (Middle School / CASEL Curriculum)
Worldwide
We are looking for a creative video partner to help us produce a short pilot video for a project called Next Moves Lab, a culturally relevant Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and critical thinking curriculum for middle school students. Attached is a storyboard package for the first pilot video, “Doing Too Much,” which outlines: * the intended visual tone * scene progression * emotional shifts * educational purpose * discussion structure * and decision-point ending We already have: * the educational framework * scripts and storylines * facilitation structure * storyboard references * discussion prompts * and creative direction What we need is a creative execution partner who can help bring these scenarios to life visually using AI-assisted or hybrid video workflows such as: * Runway * Hypernatural * CapCut * or similar tools This is NOT: * a talking-head video * a narrated explainer * a slideshow * a cartoon animation project * or a traditional corporate educational video We are specifically looking for: * realistic middle school environments * believable student interactions * subtle emotional reactions * grounded cinematic storytelling * natural dialogue and pacing * culturally relevant and emotionally authentic scenes The first pilot video is called: “Doing Too Much” Scenario: A middle school student is walking through the hallway confidently talking with a friend. Another student casually says: “You always doing too much.” Other students react subtly. The main student visibly shifts emotionally and is about to respond. The scene intentionally stops before the response so facilitators can guide discussion and reflection afterward. The emotional shift after the comment is the most important moment in the video. The attached storyboard package demonstrates: * hallway realism * emotional progression * subtle peer reactions * decision-point structure * cinematic close-ups * pause-screen facilitation design We are intentionally trying to avoid: * exaggerated acting * stereotypical school portrayals * narration-heavy educational formats * cartoon-style animation * overly polished corporate aesthetics * obvious moral messaging Deliverables: * one 2–4 minute pilot video * captions/subtitles * pause screen with discussion prompts * 16:9 export * optional 9:16 export We anticipate creating a larger CASEL-aligned SEL video series and are looking for the right long-term creative partner fit. We will provide: * scripts * storylines * dialogue direction * educational objectives * facilitator guidance * storyboard references We need someone who can execute the vision visually in a realistic and compelling way. Please include: 1. Relevant examples of narrative or dialogue-driven work 2. Your preferred workflow/tools 3. Your approach to creating realistic student-centered scenes 4. Estimated timeline and rough budget for the pilot Attached: Next Movers Lab "Doing Too Much" Storyboard Package
