Our company is developing a high-volume AI video advertising and creator marketing system. We need a talented production partner who understands modern short-form video, AI-generated video, avatar-based advertising, cinematic prompts, video editing, and social media ad production for platforms such as TikTok, Douyin, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other global video channels. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Chinese AI video tools, ByteDance ecosystem products, avatar/video generation systems, AI editing platforms, motion tools, voice tools, and short-form ad production workflows. We are especially interested in someone who can help us create professional, fast-moving, emotionally engaging video ads using the newest AI video technology available in China. **Project Goals:** We want to create a repeatable AI video production pipeline that can generate promotional videos, product explainers, avatar ads, short-form commercials, creator-style content, and social media campaigns. The videos may be used to promote digital products, apps, websites, music, podcasts, books, entertainment platforms, and AI-powered services. **Responsibilities:** The selected freelancer may help with: * Creating short-form AI video ads for TikTok, Douyin, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms * Using advanced Chinese AI video tools, ByteDance-related systems, avatar tools, and AI editing platforms * Developing AI video prompts, visual scene structures, and production workflows * Producing 15-second, 30-second, and 60-second promotional videos * Creating avatar-based videos with realistic characters, strong movement, and professional visual quality * Editing AI-generated clips into polished commercial videos * Adding captions, music, voiceovers, transitions, motion effects, and call-to-action screens * Advising us on the best Chinese AI video tools and workflows currently available * Helping us build a scalable “AI video ad factory” process for repeated campaign production * Testing different video styles, hooks, characters, and ad formats * Creating videos that feel modern, global, fast, cinematic, and emotionally engaging **Required Skills:** * Professional experience in video production, AI video development, or short-form advertising * Strong knowledge of ByteDance-related video tools, Douyin/TikTok creative formats, and Chinese AI video platforms * Ability to create high-quality short-form promotional videos * Experience with AI avatars, AI-generated video, prompt-based video creation, or cinematic AI tools * Strong understanding of mobile-first video design * Ability to work with English-language scripts, prompts, and brand direction * Good communication and ability to explain which tools and workflows are being used * Ability to deliver polished video files ready for advertising or social media posting **Preferred Experience:** Experience with any of the following is a plus: * ByteDance / Douyin creator tools * Chinese AI video generation platforms * AI avatar video systems * Kling, Hailuo, Jimeng, CapCut/Jianying, or similar Chinese video tools * TikTok-style ad creation * E-commerce video ads * App promotion videos * Music, podcast, book, or entertainment platform promotion * AI video prompt engineering * High-volume video ad testing **Deliverables May Include:** * 3–5 initial AI video ad concepts * Finished 15–30 second short-form videos * Avatar-based promotional videos * Script-to-video production workflow * Recommended software stack for AI video production * Editing templates for repeatable video creation * Captions, hooks, CTA screens, and social media-ready exports * A documented production process we can use for future campaigns **Important Requirement:** Please only apply if you have real access to the tools you propose using and can legally and professionally use them for commercial video production.
