Short-Form Video Editor / Motion Designer for Split-Screen SaaS Ads (Reels / TikTok) Job Description We are looking for a skilled video editor/motion designer to produce high-converting 9:16 paid social ads (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). The style matches top-tier AI/SaaS operator ads: a 50/50 split-screen layout combining talking-head footage (or 2D animated explainers) on the bottom with dynamic UI screen recordings, dashboards, and smooth motion graphics on the top. What You’ll Be Doing Editing raw talking-head footage: cutting dead air, color grading, and enhancing audio. Creating dynamic top-half visual sequences (UI mockups, zoom-ins, screen recordings, text callouts, kinetic typography). (Optional / Alternative) Creating full 2D motion graphics/animations when no live footage is used. Adding modern, high-retention animated subtitles (word-by-word highlight style). Delivering polished, platform-ready 9:16 vertical MP4s. Requirements Proven experience editing direct-response, high-retention B2B/SaaS paid social ads. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro. Strong eye for motion pacing, typography, and clean modern tech aesthetics.
