Video Editing - Longform Documentary Style

I am looking for someone with experience editing longer form youtube videos. My references are channels like emplemon, fern, and summoning salt. I want to create longer form, essay type videos about sports, specifically baseball for now, but want to branch out in to all sports if channel picks up. If i like how you work and how the videos perform i am open to hiring you for all future videos as well. I can handle voiceover, and give tips on things such as music and what i want going on for each part of the script (although that is mostly up to the editor). I might need some help creating the thumbnails, but i know already what i want them to be. I would love to get this done by the end of the month but i also am not an editor so i dont really know how long an hour long video takes to edit.
