Video Editing for YouTube Channel

I am seeking a freelancer to edit down my live stream for my YouTube channel, to make my video shorter and more engaging. The video involves playing Mario 64 in Japanese and translating the in-game text. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and skills to cut down boring silent content and place sound effects and popular memes as they see fit. A little bit of Japanese language proficiency is a bonus, although unnecessary since I provide the translation in video. I will take critiques towards my mic settings and thumbnails. These recordings are done with OBS and streamed and downloaded from Twitch. My microphone is a HyperXDuoCast. I have a bunch of filters in my OBS, I can share the details on those too if that's helpful. EDIT: I was given a lot of feedback by offers which I have taken to heart. This job is now a fixed pay instead of an hourly pay. Best you could provide me an offer and we can work from there. I have attached a txt file with the time stamps and all the English text I want you to put into the video as translation to the Japanese text. I'd like it if it was entered as a typing kind of animation so one letter is added at a time. The video is currently 1 hour and 7 mins long. I think it could be edited down to under 20 mins. There's a lot of silent footage in there which isn't that interesting. I want the focus to be on me translating the text, but if there's interesting moments you can find in the gameplay then keep those in. And make them more interesting if you can think of memes to add for example. Especially in the Bowser level my audio really suffers. There might be very little to salvage in there. But still add those English translations in there at least. The content should appeal to people's interest in Japanese and fun to watch. Maybe even educational. Thank you, Sincerely, Broockle
