Summary

This isn't a beginner gig. We're a fast-moving DTC female health/wellness brand running paid ads on Meta and we need AI video editors who can take a script and turn it out into a fully produced, scroll-stopping ad — end to end — with zero hand-holding. If you've built AI UGC videos that have actually spent real money at scale, we want to talk. If you're still figuring out the tools, this isn't the right fit. You'll receive scripts and creative briefs. Your job is to produce complete, publish-ready video ads including: - AI UGC / Talking Head Ads: Realistic AI avatars that feel indistinguishable from real creators — correct lip sync, natural movement, authentic delivery. Think product hold, eye contact, conversational tone. These need to feel like organic TikTok content, not obviously generated. - AI Visual Essay / Mechanism Ads: Full AI-produced videos with no human presenter — opening with a visceral or curiosity-driven hook visual, transitioning into 3D anatomical or product mechanism animations, supported by cinematic B-roll, all with dynamic animated captions synced to voiceover. Think science-documentary meets direct response. - Hybrid Formats: AI avatar with B-roll cutaways, green screen compositing, product close-ups, hook cards, and branded end screens combined in a single cohesive video. Video Specs: Length: 60 seconds to 5 minutes depending on creative angle Format: Vertical 9:16 (primary), square 1:1, horizontal 16:9 as needed Platform: Meta (Facebook + Instagram Reels/Feed) Deliverable: Final cut with captions burned in, ready to upload If you can produce at this level across both formats, we want to hear from you. Technical Skills Required: - AI avatar generation: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or equivalent — photorealistic output only - AI image/video generation: Runway, Kling, Sora, MidJourney, or equivalent for B-roll and visual essay assets - 3D / medical animation: Ability to produce or source and edit anatomical/product mechanism animations - Compositing: Green screen integration, realistic background replacement - Caption design: Animated, styled subtitles (karaoke-style, word-by-word highlight, caption cards) — NOT basic auto-captions - Editing suite: CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent - Voiceover: AI voice selection and integration (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, or equivalent) - Hook card design: Branded, eye-catching text overlay cards synced to the first 3 seconds You're the right fit if you: Have produced AI video ads that have run on Meta (not just personal projects or spec work) Can move fast — our typical turnaround expectation is 48–72 hours per video Understand direct response creative principles — you think about hooks, pattern interrupts, and CTAs, not just aesthetics Are fluent in the AI toolchain and stay current as the tools evolve Communicate clearly and flag issues early — we scale what works fast and kill what doesn't To apply, send us: - 2–3 examples of AI-generated video ads or AI UGC content you've produced (direct links or file uploads — no demo reels, actual ads only) - A brief note (3–5 sentences max) on which AI tools you use for avatar generation, visual essays, and caption styling - Your rate per video and typical turnaround time Applications without portfolio examples will not be reviewed.
