Video Editor & Audio Mixing Specialist for Ongoing Content

I’m looking for an experienced video/audio editor who is especially strong in professional dialogue and audio mixing. One of our 5-minute videos was rejected on a new media platform because the dialogue was too low and inconsistent. The dialogue must sound natural, clear and consistent, with levels between **-12 dB and -6 dB** throughout the video. You must: * have proven experience mixing dialogue specifically for video * understand compression, limiting, EQ, loudness meters and volume automation * properly balance dialogue, music and sound effects * verify the final audio levels before delivery * use DaVinci Resolve/Fairlight or Adobe Premiere Pro/Audition **CapCut alone is not sufficient for the audio editing work.** I need someone who understands professional audio mixing, not someone who will simply increase the overall volume. In addition to the 5-minute videos, there will be many short-form video/Reels editing that needs editing in CapCut PRO (Desktop Version). You must be able to follow our video editing SOP and instructions exactly. When applying, please explain how you would fix and verify low and inconsistent dialogue. Also send examples that demonstrate both your audio-mixing and short-form editing experience. This is an ongoing position for the right editor (audio+ video editing).
