We are looking for a reliable video editor who understands performance marketing, not just video editing. If you enjoy analyzing winning ads, recreating them, improving them and testing new ideas, we'd like to work with you. --- What You'll Do Your main responsibility is creating and improving video advertisements that increase sales. You will: * Edit high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) video ads * Create multiple hooks and variations for A/B testing * Analyze competitor advertisements and improve them * Add subtitles, motion graphics and sound effects * Create AI-assisted creatives when appropriate * Blend AI-generated footage naturally into existing videos * Create voiceovers using AI tools * Adapt creatives for different European markets * Ensure every creative matches the product page perfectly * Continuously improve existing winning creatives --- Required Skills You have experience with most of the following: * CapCut (required) * Adobe Photoshop * AI tools for image and video generation * AI voice-over tools * Subtitle creation * Meta advertising creatives * E-commerce advertising * Performance marketing * Basic graphic design * Higgsfield You understand that a beautiful video is not always a video that converts. --- Who We're Looking For You are someone who: * Has strong attention to detail * Works independently * Meets deadlines consistently * Learns quickly * Enjoys improving existing ideas * Understands consumer psychology * Wants a long-term collaboration --- Experience Preferred: * 1+ years editing e-commerce advertisements * Experience with Shopify brands * Experience creating Meta ad creatives * Experience using AI in your editing workflow --- Working Hours Approximately **3–4 hours per day**. Long-term collaboration. --- Trial Period The first month will be a paid Upwork contract.
