Video Editor & Content Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and creative Video Editor & Content Assistant to support a growing personal brand focused on mindset, leadership, business, personal development, and inspirational teaching. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who is organised, proactive, and enjoys turning long-form content into engaging social media content. Responsibilities Edit long-form videos and recordings Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok Add captions and subtitles to videos Create simple thumbnails using Canva Upload videos to YouTube and social media platforms Schedule content for posting Organise video files and content folders Identify strong moments from videos that can be turned into clips Requirements Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software Experience editing short-form content Good English communication skills Reliable internet connection Strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Willingness to learn and grow with the brand Bonus Skills Experience editing motivational, coaching, podcast, speaking, or ministry content Canva experience Social media experience Thumbnail creation To Apply Please send: Examples of short-form videos or reels you have edited Your editing software of choice A short message explaining why you are a good fit This role will start with a small number of hours each week and has the potential to grow into a long-term position for the right candidate.
